Customer Service Executive

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

· Perform outbound calls & address the customer's complaints pertaining to any kind of dissatisfactions with the products or services of the company & as well as of the associated partners.

· Perform end-to-end follow-ups with the customers & ensure that their issues have been rectified efficiently & amicably.

· Demonstrate a high-level of professionalism & communication skills especially in Bahasa Malaysia throughout the conversation with the customers.

· Diligently observe the timelines that has been promised to the customers for any kind of follow-ups & update the customers consistently on the current updates/solutions pertaining to their complaints before proceed close the cases.
