Chief Executive Officer-Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh)

The role:

CEO will work as an entrepreneur being a part of our international team and network, and at the same time a part of an international team of highly dynamic, motivated and talented people. The CEO is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the board to set the strategic direction of the company.
  • Implementing operational business and change strategies and setting the marketing strategy.
  • Provides fulfillment of the budgets and business plans of the Employer approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Employer;
  • Prepare the business and growth plans, and own its entire execution – business results, P&L and performance targets that includes overseeing the operating plan, marketing plan, budgets, cash flow and the overall company finances
  • Identify, assess, and inform the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization
  • Developing and maintaining close, mutually beneficially and productive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing strong team in the organization and providing strong leadership to the executive management team with in the organization.
  • Build and responsible for the development of new countries
  • Leading and Motivating a diverse workforce to align with organizational goals
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve and iterate the business process, business activity, products, also control of operations, development of database management trough digital acquisition and management of external mail order list.
  • Identify, assess, and inform the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Management / Business Studies / Economics / Marketing or related disciplines from top university
  • Proven 5+ years marketing or operations experience at senior roles in B2c business
  • Proven track record with excellent leadership, management, analytical, problem-solving, data-driven, systematical skills and logistics
  • Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environments
  • Knowledge of mail order and distance selling sector is a great plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.
